Texas Licensed Professional Counselor: In Person in Denton and Telehealth Across Texas
Counseling for professionals and couples in Texas

You can rebuild: your bandwidth, your clarity, and your relationships
For people who expect a lot from themselves and want more from their lives
There comes a point when pushing through just isn’t enough. You’re capable, committed, and used to carrying a heavy load, but the constant pressure has started to take its toll.
My clients are helpers, leaders, and high-achievers. They’re committed to their work, their relationships, and their values but they’re tired of running on empty to keep it all going.
Therapy gives you a steadier space to slow down, understand what’s actually driving the overwhelm, and begin rebuilding a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more aligned with the person you know you are.

What It’s Like to Work With Me
If you’re a professional who carries a lot, or a couple trying to repair what’s been strained, you’re in the right place. In our work, we get you out of overdrive and back into steady ground. We clarify boundaries, reduce the conflict cycles that keep repeating, and rebuild trust and connection in the relationships that matter most.
We work with intention.
This is active, collaborative therapy. It’s skills based and relationship focused. We name the pattern, interrupt it, and rebuild connection with practical tools. You’ll leave sessions with clarity, next steps, and momentum.

Meet Jay

I’ve been a therapist for 15 years, and I’ve worked with people in every stage of stress, conflict, and reinvention. Growing up overseas shaped the way I see the world, and my years doing crisis work with law enforcement taught me how to stay steady in the middle of chaos.
Clients describe me as calm, direct, and easy to talk to. I care deeply about neuroscience, clear communication, good routines, and helping people feel like their best selves again. Outside the office, I’m usually at the gym listening to a podcast, cooking, or hanging out with my rescue dogs — who teach me more about regulation than any textbook ever has.
If you want a therapist who’s real, grounded, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’m here.
Ready to take the first step?
If you’re ready to begin, you can book a session right away. If you want to get a sense of fit or ask a question before scheduling, send me an email — I’m happy to talk through next steps.
